What experience do you have working with families?
I have worked with families in outpatient and school-based settings on a wide range of concerns including difficulties with emotion and behavioral regulation, inattention, anxiety, and low mood. I work collaboratively with families to develop an individualized treatment plan that will work for them which might include individual therapy, parent training, and/or school consultation.
What inspired you to become a therapist?
I’ve known that I wanted to be a child psychologist since middle school! I had my sights set on this career because I naturally found myself supporting others, and I knew working with kids to help bring out the best in them would bring me joy.
What are your strengths?
I provide care grounded in science and tailored to each family’s unique circumstance. As a therapist, and as a person, I always aim to be thoughtful, thorough, curious and dependable.
What else would you like families to know about you?
As a mom of two, I know how challenging and fulfilling parenting can be!

Diagnostic evaluations, generalized outpatient therapy and psychiatry, and our Anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and Disruptive Behaviors Program sessions can all be held in person at our Brooklyn clinic or virtually, based on family preference and clinical recommendation. Psychological testing must be held in person at our Brooklyn clinic; follow-up sessions can be held in person or virtually. Your child’s therapist will work with you to find the balance that is right for your family and the goals you have for your child.
