What is BrightLife Kids?
It’s a free, online, behavioral health coaching program created by Brightline and 100% paid for by the state of California. Coaching helps caregivers and kids manage everyday concerns like tantrums, school avoidance, sadness and worry, relationships, bullying, social and study skills, and big feelings.
Diverse care for diverse families
Bilingual (English/Spanish) coaches, live interpreter services in 17 other Medi-Cal languages, and experience with BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities
Convenient, expert support
Weekly 30-minute Zoom sessions engage kids and caregivers, and a secure chat feature allows parents to send and answer questions between sessions
On-demand digital resources
A robust library of articles and videos is available 24/7, and our BrightLife Kids Communities platform gives parents a safe place to connect with peers
